Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, subscription renewals and refund requests work in relation to the use of GPlus25.

1. Subscriptions

GPlus25 provides digital plans that grant access to analytical features. Prices, included features, billing period and renewal conditions are displayed before checkout is completed.

2. Cancelling a renewal

The user may cancel future subscription renewal through the account management area, when available, or by requesting support through the official contact channels.

Cancelling renewal prevents future charges, but does not necessarily remove already paid access before the end of the current billing period.

3. Access after cancellation

When the subscription is cancelled at the end of the paid period, access to the plan may remain available until that period ends. When cancellation is immediate, paid access may end as soon as the confirmation is received and processed.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case, considering the digital nature of the service, the usage period, any relevant technical failures and the applicable rules of the payment processor.

  • Simply not using the account or forgetting to cancel renewal may not grant an automatic right to a refund.
  • When approved, the refund will be processed through the same payment method whenever technically possible.

5. Payments and Paddle

Payments, invoices, applicable taxes and certain billing communications may be processed by Paddle, acting as merchant of record or payment processor, as applicable at checkout.
